Return Policy

At Ellexia, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

 

Returns — If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and free from any damage, stains, or odors.

 

To start your return through Re:Do you must click here or click "Start Return" bottom at the bottom of our website. ORDER ISSUES/RETURN REQUESTS MUST GO THROUGH WEBSITE! INQUIRING VIA SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGES IS FORBIDDEN. Any item(s) that are sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and item(s) will not be shipped back to you. 

 

About Re:Do — If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product but can buy a shipping label through Re:Do.

 

Exchanges — If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please click here or the "Submit Return" button at the bottom of our page. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item. You will need to return the original item within 14 days of the delivery date, in its original condition, with all tags attached and free from any damage, stains, or odors. Once we receive the returned item and it meets our exchange policy criteria, we will ship the replacement item to you.

 

Damaged or Defective Items — If you receive a damaged or defective item, please click here or "Submit Return" at the bottom of the page within 7 days of the delivery date.

 

Final Sale Items Some items may be marked as "final sale," which means they cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly stated on the product page. Final sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 

Cancellation — Ellexia works hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. An order cannot be cancelled or changed once it is placed. Discounts cannot be applied after orders are placed.

 

WE DO NOT EXCEPT ONLINE ORDER RETURNS IN OUR STORE! — Our in person spaces are run through a marketplace and it is impossible to return an item bought online in the store or vice versa!
